10 Chiswell Street - Fit Out

RJC Controls recently completed a comprehensive Building Management System installation across four floors at 10 Chriswell Street, London.

This project involved the integration of a new BMS infrastructure to support the building’s upgraded mechanical services. We installed fan coil unit (FCU) controllers throughout, delivering precise temperature control and improved energy efficiency for the office spaces.

To enhance user interaction and visibility, we developed and deployed a suite of bespoke plant graphics at the system headend, allowing building managers to monitor and adjust key systems with ease.

Our team delivered this project on time and to a high standard, working collaboratively with the main contractor and M&E teams to ensure a seamless handover and future-proofed building controls solution.
