RJC Controls recently completed a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS) installation as part of a floor fit-out project at 41 Eastcheap in the heart of London.

Our scope of works included:

  • Installation of a new BMS tailored to suit the refurbished office environment

  • Integration of fan coil unit controllers across the floor to ensure optimal comfort and energy efficiency

  • Deployment of new plantroom graphics for intuitive system monitoring and control

  • Implementation of CO₂ room control to maintain air quality and support a healthy, productive workspace

This project showcases our ability to deliver smart, efficient, and responsive BMS solutions in modern office environments, enhancing both sustainability and occupant comfort.
